Steve has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has worked as senior drill operator and provided project management on jobs across North America, Japan, China, & Chile; both in small single drill and multi-drill projects. In 2011 he decided to use his skills to establish his own Company.​​

For over 13 years Myrna has been the co-owner of Platinum Diamond Drilling. Her entrepreneurial spirit has been a major asset in establishing a strong company. Alongside Steve, she enjoys managing the company in a dynamic industry and is ambitious to she it continue its growth.

Rudy has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. In 2014 he earned his Chartered Accountant designation and has worked in various Controller roles prior to joining Platinum in March 2023. Alongside Myrna, he oversees the Administration and Accounting department.
